REFUND PROCEDURE
The refund is made in the same way as the purchase. We always refund funds only by the payment method by which we received the funds from you. For example, if you paid for the Service with a card, the refund is made by canceling the transaction (refunding) and, as a result, the refund can only be made to your card. The refund terms depend on the payment method used.
When making a refund, a service fee or a bank/payment system fee may be withheld for the refund of funds that are withheld from the amount to be refunded.
